Where do you suggest parking? 

We recommend using parking garages as street parking is not always gauranteed. Our parking garage suggestions include: Boston Common parking garage or the Back Bay parking garage at 500 Boylston. Alternate options include: The Clarendon parking garage and The Prudential garage. For Valet Service, check out the Newbury St Hotel or Restoration Hardware. 

How do I find your salon’s building? 

We are located between Giorgio Armani and Concepts on the first block of Newbury Street. Our front door to the building should be unlocked; you don’t have to call the salon or press any buttons to unlock the door. Once you walk past the stairs, there will be an elevator that will take you up to the fourth floor. 

What are your hours? 

Sunday: 10am-6pm
Monday: 10am-7pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 9am-8pm
Friday: 9am-7pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm

What is your cancellation policy? 

All clients: Kindly provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Changes made within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service fee. What is your children’s policy? 

At Avanti Salon, we aim to offer its clients a relaxing, complete salon experience. The salon can be an extremely lively active place with many people and equipment in motion.

Children under 10 are strongly encouraged not to visit the salon.

What is your pet policy? 

We welcome certified service animals and emotional support animals with visible identification tags or articles, ensuring all clients enjoy a comfortable and relaxing experience. Please have your animal’s certification readily visible during your visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

What brand of color do you use? 

We are a Goldwell color salon. 

What retail products do you use? 

We have Oribe, Milbon, K18, Color WOW, Dom Dom, Kerasilk, and Goldwell retail products.
