Alesandro has 10 years of experience in the hair industry. His strong dedication to staying at the forefront of all things hair is proven through continued education. His career began at Aveda. He gained experience at Bumble and Bumble NYC for curly cutting; Vidal Sassoon cutting courses in London; DVN lived-in blonding color courses in Toronto; Senzi in Berlin; Linson Hair Signature and Dimensional courses in Las Vegas; Romeu Felipe Wella color courses in Brazil; Bellami extensions courses in LA; and more.

He has a true passion for balayage/foilayage, custom colors, and color correction, as well as layered, flowing, effortless cuts. The 90s and early 2000s are a huge inspiration for his work. Some examples include Drew Barrymore’s daring red hair in Charlie’s Angels, Angela Bassett’s long, effortless blowout in Waiting to Exhale, Sarah Jessica Parker’s high-contrast blonde and bouncy curls in Sex and the City, and Halle Berry’s envious short pixie cuts in Catwoman.

Finding cuts and/or colors that enhance each individual and make them feel special brings Alesandro joy. The most important piece of being a hairstylist (and a Pisces) for Alesandro is the connection with his clients. Every client should have an elevated, enjoyable experience regardless of hair texture, length, amount, or color. No one should go home feeling rushed or unable to achieve what Alesandro did. He believes your hair shouldn’t feel like work and should continue to bring you enjoyment.

When Alesandro is not at the salon, you can find him spending time with his friends, watching romantic comedies, or trying new restaurants and experiences. Alesandro loves to travel, he believes traveling keeps his eyes from becoming stagnant. Seeing how other people style themselves in different places helps him see hair in a fresh new way.
