Anita Liu

With a passion for fashion and makeup, Anita pursued a career in the beauty industry. She started by moving to New York City and enrolling in makeup artistry classes taught by top Broadway makeup artists. After finishing her studies, she began her career as a makeup artist with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. While working for the brand, she furthered her education by enrolling in a Cosmetology program to expand her expertise in the industry. Upon completing her licensing, she moved on further to work for Armani Beauty as their onsite makeup artist at Saks Fifth Avenue Boston and Chanel Cosmetics. 

Having a strong background in makeup, she wanted to expand her skillset as a stylist. She then joined the team at Avanti Salon on Newbury Street in Boston. With a strong understanding in color coordination with makeup, she has developed a keen eye for color and texture coordination with hair. 

Through her years of experience and passion for the industry, she is a quick spotter for fashion trends and is incorporating it into her work every day through hair and makeup.
