Gio Ferrara

Creative, versatile, and passionate about his craft, Gio Ferrara has been an established and successful hairstylist on Boston’s Newbury St. since 2000. 

After receiving a business management degree from Northeastern University, Gio also wanted to explore his creative side, so enrolling in cosmetology school is where he found his passion. His advanced training from Vidal Sassoon and Bumble & Bumble Academies and his precise haircutting that focuses on facial features, hair movement, and razor cuts are timeless and celebrated throughout Boston. 

Today Gio credits his wide-ranging knowledge and education as the key to his success. His analytical skills, innate creativity, and focus on the customer experience consistently result in thoughtfully crafted haircuts that are perfectly tailored to every one of his clients. He has the ability to quickly put his clients at ease when opting for that big makeover. In his spare time, Gio enjoys traveling and playing guitar and ice hockey.
